1. Who we are
AmarPharma is a software service built for pharmacies in Bangladesh. We offer:
- Pharmacy management software on the web and mobile apps: sales, purchases, batch-wise stock, expiry, returns, cash and reports.
- AI search that finds medicines from photos of prescriptions and supplier invoices.
- A free prescription cost calculator for everyone.
- Online courses to prepare for the pharmacy certificate exam.
2. Your account
- Give your correct name and mobile number when you open an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account.
- A pharmacy's Admin opens the staff accounts and decides what each staff member may do.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no hidden charges beyond the price shown.
- We take payment online through our payment gateway (PayStation), which accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and other methods it shows at checkout. The price you see when you buy is the price you pay.
- Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy. When a service starts after purchase is set out in our Delivery Policy.
4. Pharmacy software subscriptions
- A subscription is paid in advance for the period of the chosen plan.
- If a subscription is not renewed, the pharmacy's account becomes read-only. Past records can still be viewed, but new sales or purchases cannot be entered. Renewing restores everything, and no data is deleted.
- A downgrade or cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
- We will give notice before changing prices. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for.
5. Your pharmacy's data
Your pharmacy's sales, purchases, stock and customer records belong to your pharmacy. We keep them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Keeping accurate records, holding a valid drug sale licence and following the country's drug laws are the pharmacy's own responsibility.
6. AI and the prescription cost calculator
- The AI reads photos and matches medicines, and it can make mistakes. Check the results yourself before selling or buying.
- The prescription cost calculator shows an estimate from catalogue prices. Prices in a shop may differ.
- Nothing in these tools or in our courses is medical advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any medicine.
7. Online courses
- A purchased course is for your own account and your own study only.
- Sharing your account, or copying, selling or distributing course text, PDF books, questions or videos, is not allowed.
- A course helps you prepare for the exam. It does not guarantee a pass and is not a government certificate.
8. What you may not do
- Use our services for anything illegal.
- Try to access another person's account or another pharmacy's data.
- Attack the system, scrape data by automated means, or copy the software.
- Pay with false details or with someone else's money.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
9. Limitation of liability
We try to keep the service running at all times. Even so, it may sometimes be unavailable because of internet, server or maintenance problems. Our liability for any loss from such an interruption, or from a business decision based on the software's data, will not exceed the last amount you paid for the service concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Dhaka.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
