1. What is delivered
AmarPharma sells digital services: pharmacy software subscriptions and online courses. After purchase, the service is activated on your account, and you can use it over the internet from anywhere in Bangladesh.
2. Online courses
- Once you pay online and the payment gateway confirms the payment, the course is activated on your account automatically. This usually happens as soon as you return from the payment page, and at most within a few minutes.
- If a coupon covers the full price, the course is activated at once.
- Course lessons, MCQs, tests and PDF books are read on the website after signing in to your account.
3. Pharmacy software
- You can start using the software in your browser as soon as you open a pharmacy account. The Android app can be downloaded from this website.
- A subscription or renewal is activated after we verify the payment, usually within one working day.
4. Free tools
The prescription cost calculator needs no account and no payment. It can be used straight from the website.
5. If activation is late
If your course or plan has not been activated within 24 hours of payment, write to contact@amarpharma.ai with your account's mobile number, the payment method you used and the transaction ID shown on the payment receipt. If we cannot activate it because of a problem on our side, the full amount is refunded under our Return and Refund Policy.
